1. No skater with an overall of 68 or higher may play in the minor league. If a skater rerates mid-season to 68+ they can stay in the minor leagues.

I realize i have not addressed AHL players who rerate past the cutoff of 69. Alex Burrows on my Flyers is a primo example. He hasn't played a game at the pro level, but now he must. In previous versions of our sim, players who rerate over the max while playing in the minors has been able to stay down.

Im going to put it to the admin for a vote, that i will not participate in, in the interest of transpency
