Why are these teams over the cap?

Ottawa.....$1.958 mill
Philly .......$1.442 mill
San Jose $0.684 mill
Winnipeg $4.659 mill

I dont see any injuries for any of these teams and it looks like all 4 teams have been over for awhile

Quoted from the "holy grail"
"The league salary cap is currently set at $70 million and the cap floor is set at $50 million and will fluctuate season to season. The salary. Please stay under this ceiling and above the league minimum, AT ALL TIMES. If a GM makes a trade that puts his team in violation of this limit the GM must work his roster through more trades, or line juggling to get back under the ceiling by their next game. Failure to do so will result in the team’s best player being suspended. Persistancy in not fixing cap after 10 games, could result in the suspended player being removed from your team.

I call for a full suspension for some of these teams.....Mainly Claude Giroux. Bee would have seen this post for sure and nothing has been done to his team to rectify the problem. IMO Claude Giroux suspended indef. No questions asked

no one needs to be suspended, just fix some players and bam. Winnipeg is the biggest culprit here :-P

Bee is running with an extra fwd and would need to waiver someone in order for the cap to work. Non of his expensive young guys is under the OV limit. Or get Giroux suspended.

Wpg has 2 extra fwds and an extra Dman that us why he is over. This is kinda ridiculous. Bee may need an official watch dog. I'll do it.

it does appear i had an extra player on my roster. Sure as shit didn't notice.

A watchdog is a good idea. If junk is up to it, he's hired. Even the simmer doesn't notice everything

Since I am out of town currently I will give everyone 49 hours or so to comply with the over salary cap issues. Then the notices of suspension will commence. This is the only reminder given.
