Alright, the time has finally arrived.

FA officially gets under way tonight at 9pm EST.

By that time, I will have posted an update, with all releases done up to date, in order for the FA list to be as up to date as possible

Here are some important facts to consider.

1. Free Agents are not eligible for either greybeard or 2nd contract discounts.
2. i will allow you to use a rerate on an AHL-eligible Free Agent
3. refer to the Holy Grail for the requirements if you are offering on a currently unsigned RFA. If you do not have the prerequisite picks, YOUR OFFER IS INVALID
4. we are using a 24 hour window, as opposed to a 48 hour windown in FA periods

Part of the update that i will be doing will be to wipe clean any offers made before the start. So everyone who jumped the gun, you will have to reload your offers

I am going to postpone FA until Saturday at 12 noon EST.

So that gives you 72 hours to go through your updated roster, identify any errors and PM me. My inbox, which was saturated, is empty now specifically for this.

However, if after 72 hours, I have not heard from you, too bad, we move ahead

As everything apparently is up to date, rosters corrected, players added where required, we are a definite go for launch for Free Agency tomorrow.

12 noon EST line files will be accepted with your FA bids contained. I will post here on the forum the winners for each player.

Please note, if youa re bidding on a Restricted Free Agent, you must have the necessary picks ALREADY IN PLACE in order for your bid to be valid. The GM of the team to which the player belongs reserves the right to match your bid, less a 10% shave in salary.
