Cap'n'Clutch

I posted on this a few months ago, but Cap'nClutch, one of our founding members back in 2010, has been in a very somber place. His wife was quite ill.

I am sad to report that the news is not good, and very sady, her life is near the end, with likely no more than a week or two to live.

If I am not in simmig each day, it is because I am with them, as Clutchy and his wife are two of my oldest and dearest friend. So please bear with me.

I find that GMSIM is a very good momentary escape from everyday life, which is why i have always refused to let this sim fold or die. If i come on for 20-30 mins a day to sim, that's 20-30 mins that I can escape reality. So I thank you all for that.

If you were with is in the beginning, or even if you have zero idea who he is, I'd like to ask the favour of having you include a brother in your thoughts tonight.

I have had him in my thoughts since you first told us. I recently lost my sister to a long fight and wish clutchy and his family the very best. Sad times thruout for sure.

Thanks beedub. I haven't been on here in ages and this was a nice post to see when I decided to check in just for the heck of it.

She's holding strong right now but, she could have a  "terminal event" , as the doctor called it, at any time or she could live weeks. The doctor feels her time left is no longer measured in months.

Thinking and praying for you and the family good sir. My heart is torn for you.
