I look through the rules and can't find anything on buy-outs. Seeing as it is the offseason does each team get any or any way to he rid of players we don't want?

Nope, no buy outs
We did a similar thing, but it was the first season.

zzel s correct. Other than a one time deal when we first reset the sim, there are no buyouts, nor are any planned.
