GMS have 48 hours to match or decline when their RFA's are bid upon. Failure to do so will resuilt in an automatic decline, in which compensatory picks are issued immediately.
Any RFA bids where the requisite compensatory picks are not held by the offering GM will result in an automatic rejection of the bid.
